"Between the front desk staff and the crew working in the sauna, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Notably, the foods and drinks were delicious as well. The pools were at a great temperature, and we had a great time poolside. Additionally, I would mention: there were a couple of micro-aggressions from a couple of the bellhop and valet crew members. Management took care of that. Aside from that, five stars!"
