"Beautiful property, genuinely great amenities, and an excellent meal at Tia Carmen. Service was the gap. Our pool waiter was unfindable for an hour, and when I asked at the bar, the response was a laugh rather than help. Tia Carmen's food was the highlight of the trip but the service there was cold. The exceptions were real: the holiday coordinator who secured our reservation was excellent, several front desk staff were genuinely helpful, and the manager at the pool restaurant was instant in her offer to help (sharp contrast from the bar staff). Good stay overall, but the service does not match what I've experienced at JW CDMX, and it is a step below the Fairmont Princess."

"Staff were friendly. Breakfast at Market was delicious and the drinks at the bar were *chefs kiss*. The room was clean, but I'd say they need to update their towels as the ones I had were a bit raggedy (even if clean)."

"Our family very much so enjoys this retreat to the West Coast during the start of the Monsoon season as we are more humidity friendly being from the East Coast of CONUS. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets (even the wildlife are friendly -- Rabbits and Birds :-) We love this location for family vacations and will be back as soon as we can! The historic nature of the area and personal experiences (You do you) culture are amazing! If you like a Bourbon Manhattan, try one with Mezcal Tequila - even better! They make excellent drinks, friendly staff, fun "maze" within the hotel itself and lots to do without even leaving the grounds! I would recommend the 1 1/2hr drive to Sedona Country (in a fast and safe vehicle) if one wants to stay for 2-5 days; well worth it! Love this location, will always come back!"
