"The property itself is still under construction but you actually can’t tell from the outside. The building is very striking and only once you go inside and explore a little you’ll see there are few things still being constructed such as the rooftop bar, and a restaurant they are trying to make somewhere in the first floor. The first night I checked in, the process was very smooth and easy. I was allowed to do an early check in at 8 am( for a decent fee). Initially the digital key on my phone couldn’t get through the lobby security doors and I needed to ask for assistance getting to my room. Then I had four physical key cards that also didn’t work when they first gave it to me. Both of those issues were resolved very quickly after I voiced that I needed help getting them to work. The staff is very nice and polite, but I think they kinda expect you to know a little more about the place than is first initially clear. I think a pamphlet of all the amenities available to you, as well as how some things such as trash services work would be very helpful to people to who just arrived and are trying to gather their bearings. Overall the experience was so enjoyable there that I would 100% go again and I highly recommend others to go too. Even after I had my initial issues, everything was resolved so fast I almost forgot I had issues to begin with."
