"My only complaint was that the front desk I talked too told me that my room wasn’t ready yet. I arrived during check in time and asked front desk when my room would be ready. He told me 30 minutes to an hour and sometimes even longer than that. He said he would contact me as soon as it was ready. I dropped my bags off and the bellman seemed annoyed at how much luggage my group and I had. Even dropped one of our bags without apologizing. I then wondered around aimlessly for 2 hours without a call. I finally went to approach the front desk once again and they told me my room has been ready. I waited 2 hours without anyone notifying me. I was only staying for one night too so my stay was cut even shorter. Was pretty dissapointed considering how nice the hotel actually was, the interactions with the staff just ruined it for me. Would rather stay at Planet Hollywood."
