"Upon arriving they asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a fee, so we did. There was no fridge in our room , the phone didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain. The towels were rough and the pillows were terrible "

"Palms was a great value property for our spring break getaway. The room was an average hotel-sized room and mostly clean and well-maintained. The variety in options at the onsite food court was great, and very budget friendly if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. The casino area was a good time, although I wish there were more tables for table games (roulette, blackjack, poker). Felt like a primarily-slots casino. My favorite part about the casino was the minimum bets ($10/15) were much lower than what it is at the strip casinos ($25/50/100). Was able to play longer. We had a great time at the pool and was able to watch March Madness games with the big screens showing multiple games simultaneously. Overall, a great experience at Palms!"
