"The front desk staff were so incredibly kind and sweet. The staff at this hotel is absolutely lovely."

"Absolutely amazing! I will probably never stay anywhere else again... I've been to Vegas many times but this stay was by far my fav (first time at Rio)... The new remodeled suite was amazing, staff was great, excellent food choices other than I didn't really care for the "kitchen table". Will be back! Oh and definitely check out voodoo lounge for a spectacular view!"

"Everything was great it was just one bell man. But everything else was good"

"Clean modern rooms. Staff was fine enough. Nothing notable. Breakfast was actual breakfast foods more than just bagels and toast. Good selection of foods and fruits. Good coffee. Big dinning areas. Plenty of seating. This hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Short walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. Would stay here again. "

"Came for the weekend for Sick New World 2026 & it was a very nice stay just be prepared to walk, parking garage for rooms are at least a 5-10min walk to get to the elevator to ur room depending on what side of the building you’re on. Very close to airport and a couple of other spots, if you’re trying to be on the strip all of the time this isn’t the hotel for you. Overall great experience"

"Great stay, got upgraded to a suite for only 30 a day"

"I was very pleased with the hotel, it is a place I do see myself returning to, I loved the room, the food options were great, and I loved the rooms. Only things I didn't like was having to wait some time for my luggage to be brought up to the room and from the room, we requested a bell cart but it did take some time to wait. I also had let the front desk know that our phone in our room was not working and had let them know the day we checked in, no one ever came to fix it. We stayed for 3 days total. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would love to return soon. And shout out to Micki from table games! She was outstanding! She made our time in the casino very comfortable, and more fun for me and my friend. Xie xie Micki!"
