"The property is clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience. When we arrived, the one of the bedrooms' smart tvs would not connect and very shortly after we arrived, the power went in the bedroom went out. We did report the issues, but there was a delay in their response. My husband was able to fix both the issues before anyone from maintenance replied. I didn't realize until I was in the shower and wet that the mounted shampoo was completely empty, which was a bummer. The smart thermostat went on sleep mode in the middle of the night, so I had to get up and go to the main living area to wake it up and cool down the bedroom. All those were minor issues, but did prevent me from giving a 5 star rating. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Check out was easy and it was a quiet night on the property."
