"Nice staff. The room was nice. But the hotel has steep fees that aren’t explicit when booking. The room was clean, but there were long hairs in the shower when I opened the curtain. This— after a 50 dollar fee was explained as “covering the costs of cleaning.”"

"I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future."
