"Staff was all amazing and extremely kind. The property needs some love though. Leaky bathroom in a few ways (sink and toilet). One day all the main elevators to our floor were out all day…walked down 28 flights of stairs to get out and then to get back up we were able to take the service elevators which somehow didn’t go to floor 28 (at least only one flight of stairs to get to our room this time lol). Rooms are outdated and worn. Location is excellent though. All around decent stay but cost felt high for status/condition of the property (especially rooms) compared to my previous stays at other (more upscale) locations in NYC."
"The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Times Square. We arrived before published check-in time, but Adrian at the front desk allowed us to have an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated.
The room was clean, and air conditioning worked well during what were several extremely hot days.
When we checked out we were able to store our luggage, which was very helpful given that we weren't leaving NY until early evening."
"Location is perfect for downtown that’s it. My room didn’t have air and they didn’t want to accommodate me. I had to sleep first night with no air. They also charge a resort fee with nothing special to go with the room."
"Amazing place to hangout, we used the spaces/amenities a ton. Rooftop is awesome, staff was so nice and overall common spaces are awesome.
One thing that was annoying was that you couldn’t work past 6pm on your laptop in the common spaces. I understand why, just something to note if you are on a work trip.
I had a loft king room and it was facing a busy street, view was nice but it got pretty loud at night (8th floor). Especially on the weekends.
Get a room not facing the street if you can!"
