"Very disappointing. Too far out of Monroe. Hotel felt old and uncared for; hallway carpets dirty and maybe needs to be replaced. Room was too small for the three of us plus a dog. Not enough room to have our bags out and to be used. Half of the bathroom lights were out; not enough towels and one roll of toilet paper. I requested more from the front desk but never received. I was told they were short staffed and I should've come to the desk to get it. The best thing was the heated
