Room wasn’t oceanfront. Bed was very hard and the couch was very uncomfortable. Billion dollar company and they can’t afford a free bottle of water for your room.

Everything was wonderful except for the gal working the Starbucks counter. She made a very rude sassy remark when asking for assistance in trying to locate utensils and said “use your eyes”and it was just not tasteful.
