Friendly staff although they seemed a bit disorganized when i checked in. No lifts so if you have luggage be prepared to haul it up stairs. Rooms are adequate. The bed was very comfy. The room was adequate for my requirements. There is a small fully fitted kitchen in the room for self catering. There are plenty of places around for food and drink.
