"My room did not have a kitchen with the air conditioner work just fine in the room and it was very clean when I started only thing I was wondering is do you ever give a day off from paying I have been here for about 2 weeks and they charged me everyday is there no discount"

"The good: Great location, just off I205. Some noise if the windows were open, but didn’t bother my sleep. Beds are very comfortable and clean. A nice place overall to stay and I would stay again. The restaurant has great food and friendly staff, the same with the bar. The River view is lovely and there is a park just down the street. The bad: The hotel is outdated. The room, the hallways, the stairwells and elevator. Everything is just on the shabby side. Clean though. The ugly: looking out at the beautiful rice and seeing your neighbor across the street is a homeless person sleeping in a ratty car. His blankets all over the sidewalk. Sad."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing, the location was perfect close to the high way, and I felt safe where the parking for my vehicle was. All housekeeping staff was friendly and welcoming. "

"We stayed for seven nights. The staff was super friendly, especially Sarah. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was friendly. The bed was more comfortable than 95% of the beds in other hotels. We only had two minor issues. 1. The hot tub was out of order. I think that happened the night we got there. A little disappointing, but not a huge deal. 2. One morning we came down and there was no hot food left. There should have been another 20-30 minutes left of breakfast, but the eggs, potatoes and meat were gone and it was pretty obvious they were not making more. I feel fresh food should be available for the entire breakfast time. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. We’d stay again for sure. "

"When we got to our room it looked as if someone had already been staying in there. Tv on with the volume all the way up. The heater was set to 80 and it was so freaking hot inside. And there was a pillow on the couch like someone had already been there. Went to talk with the person working the front desk they said that’s weird and that’s the only room we have available for you. So went back to my room. Went to shower, no towels or wash cloths. Overall was a horrible experience and would never in my life recommend!"
