"The room was extremely dirty. There was something white that looked like bodily fluid all over the vanity chair so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom floor had dirt all over it. The entire room looked as if the only thing housekeeping did was come in and make the bed. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm after driving for 5 hours so I was not going to the front desk and asking for a new room or making a complaint. I checked the beds for bugs and we climbed in to go to sleep. This is when we realized there was live music held in the hotel every night until 2am, which is not mentioned on the booking page. This music could be heard clearly from our room which was on the back side of the hotel. I am glad we only stayed here for a family wedding in the area the next morning, because I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend anyone else to stay there! Also the next morning my husband went out for coffee around 10am and was locked out of the building with the electronic key. Check out was at noon so the keys should not have been deactivated. The woman at the front desk claimed we probably demagnetized it with our cell phones."

"I didn't like that you have to ask for the coffee maker. I did like the coffee maker in the lobby that had choices. I did not like that the first room assigned had malfunction in the door lock and it was known and reassigned. I did not like that I called in the morning to let them know I did not need a pet room and they said it was changed but when I arrived, it had not been changed. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked. It was clean."
