"Everything was good overall. However, when I made the reservation, I was told that I would need to pay $199 at the property. I was charged $267.88 instead. I would appreciate it if you could please explain what the additional charges were for, as we should have been informed about any extra fees in advance. Thank you for your help."

"La bañera no drenaba casi. Tenia cabello de personas anteriores y los pisos de la habitación un poco sucio. Por lo demás el desayuno estaba bien. Las toallas y sábanas limpias. Lo mejor es el acceso a todas las piscinas de las instalaciones y para los niños es perfecto"

"Beautiful place to stay but watch out for the hidden fees. I wasn’t aware I needed to pay for “amenities” that no one even used. $213 to be exact. If you’re staying at a resort it shouldn’t be a surprise when you get there that you have to pay for things you don’t even use. Online also only states that the only thing not included is $7 a day to park. So just be aware of the shadiness with this! Also, after you check in, they will make you turn around to talk to JEANETTE. STAY AWAY. It’s a scam to get you into buying a timeshare. They don’t tell you that they charge your card on file. Done in a sneaky shady way!! Once you check in just go to your room and do not turn around to talk to her! Other than these 2 things the place was beautiful and well kept. Spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay!"

"Todo estuvo bastante bien, pero me hicieron perder mi poco tiempo con una orientación, firmé un documento y no pensé q fuera obligatorio y cuando llamé para cancelar la orientación me cobraban 50 dólares . Tube de tomarla y me tomo toda la mañana"

"The house was so clean and well maintained. The one thing I didn’t like is check in is late and check out is early and they don’t seem to budge on that without a $250 cost for one additional hour. The amenities were great and we loved the water park and pools. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special but our stay was great and would stay again. We were also upgraded from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home which was nice."
