"Good afternoon. My stay at the resort was absolutely excellent—the staff in general, the housekeeping, the breakfast, and the water park team were all wonderful. My children were delighted; we loved the water park and didn't want to leave. I give this hotel 5 stars. I want to especially mention Daniel, the lifeguard; he was fantastic the entire time we were at the water park with my children—an excellent employee. My children and I will be back soon to continue enjoying this beautiful resort. Thank you very much."

"The hotel room was clean and the bathroom toilet and sink area was just fine, however the bathtub/shower combo was not appealing to the eye. It was very dated. I had no prior knowledge that the hotel was on a resort and I actually only realized it because the map of the grounds were on the guest services desk. The person working the desk provided me with 2 blue bands but did not mention that they were for breakfast (I got breakfast without them with no issues) and I did expect to get information about the different amenities that they offered from her as well but I quickly found out on my own. This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that had two building but they are directly beside each other so the walking distance to the front desk was a little walk but not bad. Enjoyed the grounds but I’d have to be guaranteed a room with a better shower if I were to return."
