"My family and I stay at this resort several times a year. It is a special place for us. EVERY time we come here we have a wonderful time. Staff are always pleasant and the pools are nice too. It’s close to the thing we like to do while in Orlando and we will be back in a few months to celebrate our next big event. "

"Amazing staff .. the only thing that I can maybe change is the breakfast buffet options.. very limited and the operating hours.. only until 930am .. peeps are in vacation no need to wake up to early.. just keep that in mind.. the rest .. AMAZING HOTEL "

"Excellent amenities for a big family. Got a 1 bedroom for my family (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed for 2 nights and had a birthday party. 7 different pools, we visited only 2 sadly. But the lazy river is gigantic, and the dive inn movie is such a good idea for the kids at night. Had a great time and will be back! "

"Pro’s… great location near the Disney parks (10 minute drive) and Universal parks are about 30 mins drive away. Great local amenities for eating and convenience shopping. This is great as a base which we used for just sleeping in. Cons. The hotel asked us to change rooms halfway through our stay as they were renovating, but new room was better quality anyway. Breakfast is a bit limited on choice so we found ourself going to ihop and Denny’s which are both across the road just to mix things up. You get what you pay for here and we much preferred staying here than at an over priced Disney resort."

"We had a few issues with the internet and tv but the staff and management were very understanding and accommodating. We are looking forward to next years booking."
