"An excellent place. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy communication with the owners. Clear entry instructions. Easy walk from a big supermarket (Lidl) and a great bar for food and drink (Weiss Bar). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing "

"The spa shown in the first photo does not even belong to this property. It’s a random spa in the area that you have to pay extra for. For half of our stay, there was no hot water. If a place lists “full-service spa” and “indoor pool” in its amenities, those facilities should actually be on-site and included. The fitness centre also requires additional payment — it’s just a gym somewhere nearby, not in the building. There was also a problem with the gas, which we had to fix ourselves because the owner didn’t know when someone would come to check the boiler or at what time. We were not going to spend our entire holiday waiting for hot water. Overall, this was very disappointing and misleading."

"Room was filthy carpet not vacuumed long black hair everywhere on floor u gad to mop the floor myself and then in morning found more black hair in carpet and also on top of desk TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE "

"The hotel is spotlessly clean. I always have a wonderful nights sleep when I stay here. The hotel is in a quiet location, but still very easy to enough to reach local bars and eating establishments."

"Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes."
