"Convenient to central Sedona and with good views on the way up to airport Mesa, not necessarily from your room at the Lodge. Room was one of the last available, hence no view, smallish and with a bed which was very saggy one side. The bathroom and sink area were intelligently arranged. Room was otherwise confortable, clean but unremarkable."

"I booked the room after I saw the website and saw everything it had to offer. It was by no means the cheapest hotel/resort, but it showed a beautiful facility with rooms with great views. The facility has beautiful grounds and consists of several buildings. Unfortunately we were given a room in the main building that appears to be older. Our rooms view was a parking lot and the room looked more as a regular average hotel room with a dated bathroom. Maybe I got what I paid for,but I think there should have been a better representation on their website of what you get for what you are paying. In fairness the facility and its grounds are beautiful and the staff is excellent. I just felt I did not get what was advertised when it came to my room. After sharing my concerns with the staff they did change my room and gave me a better view, but the rooms in the main building are a bit dated. The other buildings look much newer and the views are breathtaking. I would just make sure that the room you are booking is not in the main building."

"The front desk service was unfortunately below par. We were told we would receive a text once our room was ready, but we never heard back, which delayed our check-in well past the expected time. In addition, we accidentally left an item in the room that was never recovered, even though we are certain it was left behind. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"You get what you pay for it was fine. Literally the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in but totally fine. It’s a rather large property but they put all guests together in the far back so there was no parking. Bed was comfortable and it was a good location and very good price"
