"Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "

"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "

"Very nice condo. I would have liked a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a few extras like coffee and tea bags The tv was a very small flat screen Otherwise it was very nice and we would stay there again. "

"I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone. The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights). I didn’t actually see a smoke...

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. "The place is beautiful and we loved our stay. We just did not anticipate the number of levels and stairways in and out of the unit. As seniors, we have knee and hip problems, so it was a challenge for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!"

"The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. "It was a great place to stay, beautiful, quiet and allowed dogs. We had to leave a night early due to the fact that my husband was having trouble breathing in the altitude, but they would not refund the money we paid for that extra night, and that was my only complaint. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was great. The room was great. The price was amazing. The grounds were beautiful. The service at the general store was helpful and courteous and the food was great. The beverage selection was great. The bartender was great. Friendly and informative about the property. The outside fire-pit area where we sat after dinner was fantastic. A great place to reflect on the day after dinner. We will be back."

"The room was very clean, cute and well furnished, loved the blackboard with the crossword puzzle and the fact that they put actual mugs not just paper cups for coffee, having a microwave and fridge are also very convenient, breakfast was included and was a nice continental breakfast which was tasty and filling (not a buffet, they bring you a muffin or a croissant, butter, jam, yoghurt, juice, banana and a coffee), you can also buy speciality coffee, pool and hot tub are small but nice with very nice lounging area, things I didn’t like was a very small bathroom, loud A/C, no view from my room (may be my fault, I guess I did t check description, there might have been a room with a view option) and not convenience store to buy snacks and medication (I asked receptionist and she only had Benadryl at her desk), overall I loved my stay and they also gave us free noon checkout which was very helpful with planning our day "
