"Booked a standard room, I only ever get allocated a twin bedded room with this chain of hotels ??? which is not ideal for me as I always like a double bed so I tend to use this chain as a last resort. Both toasters at breakfast where not working and the eggs where solid."

"No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."
