"The toilet facilities though clean needs upgrading. Also, the breakfast was cold. The water for tea at the reception was also very cold. The staff were however courteous and helpful."

"I really enjoyed our stay except for the issue we had with our key working, our second day our key stopped working and had to wait over an hour for them to fix it just to have it stop again on our 3rd day. at this point they did move us to another room for our last night, but I feel they should have just moved us the 2nd day instead of trying to just fix it. the upgraded room was great, and my granddaughter loved the view from the balcony. overall we had a great trip and will stay again the next time we come to Galveston. The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful and we loved how close you all were to the beach."
