"The staff that was working did not speak any English. She had someone on the phone telling her how to check us in. Then i didnt have any towels or wash clothes in the room so i had to go get some. The lady didnt want to give me any cuz she said i should have some in my room. I said you are absolutely correct i should but i dont . Took way to long for me to get something that should have already been in there. Will not stay here ever again."

"The staff was wonderful. Upon checkin, the manager offered our kids a free snack. We also had issues with getting an Uber to the cruise port and the front desk staff helped us secure a car service. "

"I hate to do this...but if your reading this...just go somewhere else. Run. Im pretty sure i need a tetnis shot and mileria or whatever else just from going in the room. Dirty bedding with hair on them still from previous guests. Pillows just thrown, not even arranged. One pillow had blood stains on it. Everything was stained. Fingernails on the floor, boogers on the shower curtain. Immediately went to walmart and bought a plastic sheet and comforter and new pillows and clorox wipes. Tore the blankets off the bed and slept on a plastic sheet, or tried to sleep. Horrible experience. And there was a couple staying there that said the same thing they were using their own blankets and sitting outside because they didn't want to catch anything. Definitely got catfished by the pictures on expedia but it is nothing like that. No shammies just nasty stained mattresses and stench. We also bought a candle to get mask the smell. So if your cool with all that then this is your place. Staff was nice though. "
