Clean room & the perfect patio to sit & watch the waves come in. There is also a restaurant on property that was wonderful and were great hosts. Room was clean and AC was strong even though it was a scorcher outside. Check in process was easy and personal. Would stay here again

On the West end so the sunsets are the best in the island. Gorgeous, quiet, and well maintained. The owners are so kind and welcoming. We felt very peaceful there. The view of the water from your balcony is amazing. We definitely will return.

We had a fantastic stay at Ke Villas. Our room was perfect. It had everything we needed, a nice balcony and was impeccably clean. They have a great little seating area and bar for a sunset cocktails or breakfast in the morning. Its a great location, with fantastic restaurants near by, all the great beaches and lively nights on Cane Garden Bay. We will absolutely be back.

First time I stay but had been eyeing it for a couple of years. The place does not dissapoint with excelent views, breeze coastal location and the sound of waves to relax you. Cooper is a top host and will recommend you places to eat or visit. Make sure to go to the Coal Pot for dinner, the blackened Wahuu was memorable.

Perfect spot for a couple

Comfortable room, well maintained property. Beautiful view with soothing sound of the surf and amazing sunsets. A short drive to the best beaches on Tortola - Smugglers Cove, Long Bay and Cane Garden Bay. Charles takes a lot of pride in Ke Villas and it shows. It exceeded our expectations.

The Coopers, father & son, were wonderful hosts, very knowledgeable of their island and most friendly. The villas are in superb condition, very clean & spacious. Mr. Cooper Sr. helped with the return of a rental car, and our planning for the ferry to Virgin Gorda. It was a pleasure staying with them at Ke Villas, and hope to do so again.

We enjoyed our time at Ke Villas and would highly recommend staying there for your Tortola visit. Jerry, the owner, is a fantastic host. He made us feel welcome from the start. His gracious, helpful and friendly demeanor made our vacation to Tortola a memorable one. Ke Villas is located on the water and has lovely views. It has a small outdoor cafe where we enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast before starting our day.

Jerry is a delightful host and the villa was perfect. Like other reviewers said, we could hear the waves all night in our room and it was lovely. We were in the villa closest to the road, which doesn't get much traffic. The advantage of this is that we had a great view and could have thrown a rock into the ocean; the downside perhaps was that the WiFi was a little weak. But we weren't there to surf the internet, so it was fine. Jerry had good advice for places to see and eat. The local cats visited and were friendly. We didn't eat at the restaurant on site, but it's in a lovely spot and had good coffee and great margaritas. And the local was great - easy to get to Smuggler's Cove, the West End and Omar's Cafe, up the hill to Stoutts, and then down the hill to Cane Garden. Also some good options for eating within a half mile.

Jerry was just an awesome host. We upgraded to the upstairs & definitely worth it! It was on my favorite part of the is last as its quiet, clean, has great restaurants close, the national park is close & the restaurant by the nat’l park is great! We had a personal dinner that was outstanding by Jim! Definitely need a car if you stay here as it’s on the opposite side of the tourist areas. Have Jerry make you the local drink the “painkiller”

We had an amazing time at Ke Villas. We were compelled by other excellent reviews to stay and were not disappointed at all. We hired a car on the owner Charles’ recommendation and spent the two weeks driving around the island. Car hire is a must really. Charles was charming helpful and kind and generous. The apartment was exactly as described and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough for a stay on Tortola. We were very sad to leave! We will be back and will stay at Ke Villas again.
