"Guy up front was so nice and very helpful. But do not be fooled you will be sent to the worst room you will ever step foot in. The area is ghetto the rooms are dirty sheets have stains roaches behind the tv i could go on."

"We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice "
