West End hotel rooms a the Accor Hotels

"We rented a room, the first one they took is to was filthy so we asked for another room. It certainly wasn't anything special, it had the basic items. We ended up on the 3rd floor in room 332. There were black bugs in the beds so we itched a lot. My friend went down for breakfast 1 minute late and she wasn't permitted to get anything. We DID NOT smoke in the room at all, but housekeeping saw cigarette butts my friend had thrown in the trash and charged me 150.00 extra that I wasn't aware of till I checked me back account. Please beware if you decide to stay here. I should've taken pictures of the condition of the room and the bugs. Unfortunately, I didn't."

"Met basic need. I was concerned when I found a nail clipper inside the sheets of the bed during night. Not sure the sheets are actually getting changed. "

"This property has changed over the last couple of years that we have been staying there. The room is not as clean, the refrigerator is run down looks like teenagers have caused the damage. Breakfast has totally changed, now serving frozen eggs, no meat, no potatoes, could not even call it a continental breakfast. It by far was the worst ever and we will be thinking about this the next time we are staying in Galveston. This stay was just very disappointing not up to the standards that LaQuinta by Wyndham is famous for "
