"Had a family emergency and was booked for 4 days and had to leave after one night. The staff was great and worked with us on the price. Also arrived late the first night and the staff came back after hours to get us check in. They were very pleasing and willing to help. "

"I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...

"BOTTOM LINE.... Everything / All aspects were exceptional for the money. The pool is clean and beautiful! Room was very nice clean up to date. Awesome Big Screen with many options. Only one minor suggestion..... I'm a little of a coffee Connoisseur. The coffee in the room is horrific and the coffee in the lobby nominally better! Keeping in mind that most hotels at the price don't even offer coffee at all! Breakfast was included here...YAY!! "
