"Got in round 10pm was 3rd in line to check in, took 40 minutes to complete this because the gentleman behind the counter said it was his first day and he was all alone. Arrived to the room to find the lock was loose in door and hair all in the bed and bathroom. The bedroom had stains on the floor and the bed itself was very loud getting in and out of from whatever is holding the mattress up. Went to front desk next morning to complain about the bed sheets and bathroom and mentioned the hair. Came back later in the day to find a made bed with more hair in the sheets and an uncleaned bathroom, just 2 new towels. Went back to the front desk and had them change sheets again and clean bathroom. The 3rd cleaning showed a still dirty grimy toilet and bathroom and more hair in sheets. Safe to say nothing was taken care of not to mention the gentleman said I would receive my $100 deposit back same day as checkout, but then said it could take 3-7 business days. Very disappointed with this stay and will stay elsewhere. Didn’t bother with the breakfast due to the state of the property, figured I’d find more. The hair in the bed was a mixture of dark head hair and below the belt and above the knee hair :( I didn’t want to write this but want to warn everyone else. I even read the reviews and all of the complaints have not been fixed. "
