"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "The check-in was completely remote, and I did not speak to anyone checking in or checking out, so I cannot speak to the helpfulness of the staff. I chose this hotel because it was at Gatwick airport, so staying there gave me peace of mind that I would have no troubles being ready for my morning flight. I chose a small and functional room. It's not a room for hanging out or relaxing in, it's a place to sleep and wash up in, which is all I expected. The air conditioning worked well."

"The staff were helpful and check in was quick, the corridors were a bit dark and smelt fusty but once you were in the room it was fine, smelt nice, clean and spacious! The bed was comfy, the gym was small but fine, would go back if I was flying from Gatwick was a good place to stopover!"
