I would have hoped that, for the price of the room, that the breakfast was included in the price of the stay, but it's an additional charge. "

"Very good hotel. I will stay there again. A small, inn-like three star boutique hotel. The small staff are professional and very courteous. It is a family owned hotel and they treat you like a guest. There is a nice wine bar and restaurant on the premises. Our room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located for me. TV and wifi were appreciated."
