"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Just spent one night here and it was fabulous. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, decor modern and airy, staff very friendly and the room was functional, clean and well laid out. There was even a choice of hard or soft pillows. Very modern bathroom, with a lovely large shower. If I had to pick one criticism it would be that the actual shower wasn’t powerful at all. For such a fabulous bathroom I expected quite a good shower. But if that’s all I have to pick up on then it was great! Breakfast was plentiful and hot, which isn’t always the case. We will definitely stay at a Hampton by Hilton again & highly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, nicely decorated, excellent hotel. "
