Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a โฌ400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldnโt be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Our family used it for a stop over for one night, but with how much there is at the hotel I kinda wish I stayed for two. There is construction going on with the tree houses being built which looking at the direction they face, they will have a fantastic view of the lake.
Our room was nice and clean and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel. "
"Excellent experience! Enjoyed our stay. My only dislike was that by not booking directly with the hotel we didn't get any updates/info about our stay. Apparently we were meant to book breakfast but we had no info on when and where we were meant to do this. It was also not explained at check In.
Also for park tickets we had to check in so we could get hotel staff to print us tickets before entering the park.

"Lovely place, there were quite a few breakable objects in the house and very steep steps to main bedroom so not ideal for small children. It felt a bit unkept with cobwebs and crumbs on the floor. We still enjoyed our stay and would still recommend. "
