"Die Unterkunft sieht genau so gut aus wie auf den Bildern. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Des Weiteren war auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Wir haben erst ein paar Stunden vor der Ankunft gebucht aber auch das war kein Problem und der Check Inn verlief reibungslos. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Baustelle. "Great place for families with kids because of the large unit sizes and the swimming pool. Units are well equipped for breakfast and small dinners. Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use."

"This place is amazing and beautiful located right in the middle of the Karlovy Vary strip. Easily walkable to all destinations in the more touristy areas. A very large property with a kitchen, living room, 2.5 baths and a private bedroom. Great views from the apartment. I cannot recommend it enough. And the Manager Marco was very helpful and nice. "

"On the day of check in, we had come back to book for spa, lady at the reception does more than this job..l she takes care of other things as well.. but even after spotting us , she continued doing other stuff for another 5 to 7 mins, which was bit annoying.. breakfast was not as mentioned in the reviews. Glasses were smelling. Overall for the money it cost’s it’s not worthwhile. Even for SPA we needed to pay, I don’t know about other hotel of same price range if they are charging or it’s all included. "
