"All went well from the greeting upon my arrival to assistance with directions. However, I was charged for the minibar - two waters on the countertop. With a quick phone call, the charges were reversed, and confirmation was sent. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down after a busy day in NYC; however, the staff at Vue 180 were not as kind as the front desk staff. While the room was clean for a hotel room, there were areas that clearly had not been vacuumed thoroughly, under the bench."
