Hotel Viata
Check in :nobody checked on the car when we pulled up ,we had to unload our bags, checked in still no help with bags , 10 minutes waiting on a cart ! Check in lady ! Must not be a happy person ! Very cold, no smile !! Breakfast room service we order they said 10 minutes ! Called back after 26 minutes ...

Sonesta Bee Cave Austin Hill Country
We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Bee Cave. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean. It was very close to our grandson's DPS graduation so we had plenty of time with an easy drive.

Placemakr Downtown Austin
It was a very small unit - especially compared to other apart-hotels in Austin. I travelled solo - there is no way more than 1 person can fit into this 1 bedroom. Small things like no coffee or end tables in the “living room” - just nowhere to put a coffee or any drink down. Cleanliness wasn’t fantastic ...
