"I stayed at The Parnell overnight on my way back home from visiting family. It was a miserable night weatherwise so I made good use of the heat pump and in no time at all the room was warm.
Because of the bad weather, I decided to order a room service dinner. The beef soup was perfect for a cold night, although I would have liked some butter for the bread roll.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was good but had a high step into it which proved difficult for me to get in and out of.
Check in was easy and the staff on reception were very welcoming."
