"Check in was quick and easy and the room was exactly as advertised. Buffet breakfast every morning was great and fresh brewed coffee was available all day. The gazebos behind the hotel on the bay were clean and well kept."

"I absolutely loved it. Checking in was actually the BEST part. The young woman was a delight !!!! She was so so sweet and helpful and made sure to place us on a high story with amazing views and I told her it was a special get away .. and she really was listening and went above and beyond. When we ordered room service for breakfast I feel the same thing. The breakfast was prepared beautifully and it was made quite quickly. The staff this time was EXCELLENT. The room when we entered smelled AMAZING. There was no pushiness to leave. We were gifted a late check out but then I went ahead and paid for an even later one and that went very smoothly. I can’t wait for our next mini vacation here !!!"

"We have stayed many years. Usually more than once a year. This year the room was a little dirty. The kitchen floor could have been cleaned better.. they are upgrading but we didn’t get a one this time either. Over all the price is way worth it. The balcony alone is one of the best things about this property. The vies have always been amazing. I always shop around, this spot is always my go to. Close to shopping, garage parking too."

"My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family."
