"The signage in the parking garage is not very clear, in my opinion. If you have never been here before and don't know exactly where you're going, you basically need to just park, go in and ask! There are 2 towers for the hotel: MGM and Borgata. The MGM tower is nicer and non-smoking. They are connected, so you can get to either one, but again, the signage.... Of all the resorts I've been to, this one is the most confusing for a new-comer!! "

"Stayed only one night for the Anna Lapwood concert at Boardwalk Hall. The hotel has a great location right on the boardwalk and I think it's a very good deal for the price. Staff was friendly and it was easy to check in and out. The hotel in general and our room were and the room had two comfortable double beds. The hallways were definitely worn down (duct tape on the carpet in some areas) but I understand there's a renovation in progress. Would stay here again if I travel back to AC for a concert or similar."

"The check-in associate did not provide any information About where we were supposed to go to locate our room or of the laundry facility or pool area no information was provided. The elevator goes by floor number and not room number. This was a little confusing at first."

"Arrived. 30 minutes before midnight. Checked in, they don’t have a room except smoking room was king bed Got to the room it was smelling so bad that I couldn’t sleep and they couldn’t change it for me. Also, I have two connected doors for the rooms next to me on the left and right and you can’t imagine people at these rooms partying all night so loud, I couldn’t sleep at all all night checked out in the morning and left when I asked for a late check out since I arrived at midnight, they refuse and they said they will charge me $30 per hour what a ridiculous place to stay at "

"The room was super clean. The whole property was fantastically clean, actually. Everyone I ran into for my entire week stay was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Important! If you smell cigarette/weed smoke in your room call the front desk immediately. They will go and investigate. When I did they went and checked it out and it stopped almost immediately (even though the folks apparently said that they were NOT smoking, lol). They were being sneaky and smoking in the bathroom. Are you crazy? No no no! Thou Shalt Not! Smelled it in the afternoon as well as like, 5:30am. Naughty-naughty! So back to the stay. Breakfast was fresh. Enjoyed the OJ and fruit most days. Pool was great. Hot tub was bubbly-bub-bub. Surrounding area was walkable with a children's park about 5-10 minutes away. Swings and all that fun stuff. Full kitchen means no need for fast food/junk food every day. Did I mention the rooms are clean as a whistle? Got to meet one of the top brass while checking out and had previously observed him actually straightening up the property. That's how you know the place is run well. I pay attention to everything. Will definitely keep this place in my faves and come back again. Had a great week!"
