"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"Good experience, staff are very helpful, for a business trip it’s great value, I paid for Dinner, B&B for two nights. Room was clean and housekeeping changed towels and made bed on second day which I wasn’t expecting. Good facilities just needs some tlc in some areas.
