"I didn’t like when you walked in the room it smells like someone else before me was smoking cigarettes nasty smell"

"Other than the front desk/reception staff, we found the hotel staff exceptionally friendly and professional. We arrived for checkin a few minutes after 4pm. We were told our room was not yet available, and that they didn't have an estimated time of when it would be ready. We explained that we had an event that we needed to attend at 5pm, and that we needed to get ready. The receptionist responded that there was nothing that she could do about it. She didn't express any remorse or apologize for the inconvenience. We found this surprising. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. She stated that, once we received a text from the hotel, we needed to get back into the line that we had waited in already to check in the first time. We did not receive a text. At 4:45pm, after standing next to the receptionist desk for thirty minutes, I got back into the line and asked again about a room. We were then told that our room was then ready. We were late for our event."

"When checking in they didnt not explain much about anything, I asked about breakfast and she only gave me the time. When we went to eat breakfast we got a check, I should have did better research if breakfast was included but for the price of the breakfast buffet I would have expected better options and more fresh food. There were a lot of fruit flies and all the tables and chairs were dirty. Would not recommend counting on breakfast there, with a child we usually count on this when staying at a hotet."

"The hotel building was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were dated and the bed was uncomfortable. My expectation with Autograph hotels is that they should be above standard. This one was below standard, in my opinion. I’ve had nicer rooms with better in room amenities at a Red Roof. The TV brought be back to the 90s. No streaming capability and only 15ish live channels to choose from. The guide was a scrolling guide- nothing I could go through on my own. I haven’t seen the scrolling guide since I was a kid looking for cartoons on a Saturday morning. The bed was pretty terrible. I feel like the bottom of the bed was higher than the headboard- it seemed as if we were slightly tilted backwards while sleeping. It was a short stay- we checked in at 6pm and were out by 4:30am so I didn’t get a chance to see the rest of the hotel- but I would not stay there again based on the room."
