"The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. "Very dated property, rooms need a proper overhaul. As a solo female traveller I did not feel safe here -no door latches just a flip lock and very rowdy drunk guests. The area is also not great."

"All hotels are the same and then there is Hotel Aegidienhof in the beautiful town of Hannoversch Münden. This is not a luxury hotel - this is an experience. Friendly and welcoming staff, a big and comfortable room, and a cozy breakfast in the church. Would definitely come back if I had the chance. "
