"Centrally located in Wernigerode, short walk from the station and a short walk to the main shopping area. Bit of a longer walk to the castle. Room was a good nice, nice shower, beds comfortable. Breakfast was included, and was okay."

"Perfect location for the steam trains. Lovely staff behind the bar. Not a lot of parking but we did manage to get parked. Good variety of breakfast. Dinner was lovely and big portions. Restaurant themed around the steam trains, great for enthusiasts. Thankyou "

"Clean, spacious room with amazing view up the street and Werningerode Schloss so very close upon the hill. V good breakfast and a lovely small sauna you can reserve a time for private use. We appreciated a break from the larger city hotels in Hamburg and Berlin to stay in a small cozy bnb style environment. You can step right out the door to shopping and food. The staff was v sweet and we wished we had more time here. Highly recommend! "

"Andet end tennis er squash og keglebanen slidt. Der mangler i den grad en opgradering af faciliteterne som har stået stille siden 90`erne. Maden i restauranten er god og mættende men ikke med en wow oplevelsen."

"Staff was very helpful with our late check-in. We forgot that we would be needing a late check-in. They called us and gave instructions for where to find the key after hours. Room was pretty nice and breakfast was great. On-site parking was a plus. We had a nice stay."
