The cleaning staff was excellent but when you have to work on the property you should inform the guests that there's construction going on and the water will be off all day and half the night

No king bed available offered a queen and assured me it was a queen . It was the smallest double beds ever. One bed looked as it was never changed from previous stay. Toilet was clogged and room was pretty dirty.

I’ll never stay here again. There are flies in the room. The bathroom door and main door don’t close well and need to be fixed. Both lights were flickering. The tv remote didn’t work. We went to the office twice to get some one to fix the lights and remote. If I had known that this is how it is, I never would have stayed here.

There weren't even sheets on the bed. Just a couple blankets over the hard mattress. Spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer.

Room had a urine smell, door to enter did not seal so a draft blew all night and you could see light under the door, the window to look outside was filthy, sheets smelled and stained, tv was covered in dust and the carpet not vacuumed.

This place needs major updates to the room.No refrigerator yet your ad says all rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Not a clean or good feeling 😕 but for the price you get what you paid for.

The property is really bad. The pictures of the property on Expedia are probably from when they first open. It’s really dirty. The only thing I like from this property was the water pressure in the shower.

Get what you pay for

I wasn’t expecting a lot given the price but wow. Dirty. Hair in bathroom. Carpet was waxy. Ac didn’t work. Freezer worked but not fridge. Half hazard repairs to the room. Non smoking room but there were cigarette burns on carpet and furniture. Only redeeming quality was my dog stayed with me for 10$.

It was clean. Not well maintained. No trash can in our room or bathroom. Table lamp was missing the light bulb & the plug-in on it didn't work. Other minor maintenance issues.

I liked that the room had a fold out bed and everything worked good in the room what I didn’t like was the parking lot there was cars parking across three lanes and I had to park away from them so if they had to get out I wouldn’t be blocking them in I wanted my car right in front of my room so I can keep an eye on it and the outside of the place was really ran down they could fix that up and make the place look nicer more people would stay there cause the rooms are nice but the outside looks ghetto

Large room, clean and attractive. Staff friendly. A few little maintenance issues -- the lamp on one side had a torn shade, and the built-in plug didn't work. Not enough outlets -- there was a desk and two chairs, but nowhere to plug in.

The condition of the place is not the best. And the person who attended us was rude. He gets mad because I told him that I get a room with 2 beds and he said that he only had one bed room. When I denied to accept that, magically he was able to find the 2 beds room
