"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
