"Room they gave us was not ready. They asked us to wait, waited an hour, room was still not ready, they gave us a different room. Got up the next morning, went to take a shower, no water in the shower. Will never go back. They said they would give us a partial refund, they have not did it."

"My room was as far away as it could get. In spite of asking for ground floor i was on third floor at far end of hall. Bed hurt my back so much i had to sit in a chair to ease it. No wake up call."
