We were given 1 key for our room at check in and sadly we locked that key in our room (our fault) accidently. I went to the office and all of the lights were off and no one answered the door. I tried to call,their phone number +1 207-646-9210 and it was an out of service phone number. I called Expedia customer service and the representitive sent an email to the office that was never answered. We were locked out of our room for that very cold night. The TV was also not functioning and we were unable to watch the television while we were there. However, the rooms were very nice for the pruce and would stay there again but will ask for 2 keys next time.

Clean room comfortable bed Barely warm nowhere near hot water in the shower AC was working No TV No internet Would not recommend. There are plenty of other decent options in Wells/Ogunquit I guess you get what you pay for

Great for weekend!

Great for a last minute beach trip! Great, simple set up that was comfy and good for a couple. The front desk area was beautifully decorated, and location was easy to access a lot not very far away.

Quaint, comfortable and clean

Charming little motel and cottage property just a couple of miles from the beach. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

New owners are doing a great job.

One night stay—extending a beach vacation to enjoy the fantastic weather, new owner are doing a great job with this property. Pool remains open until october, wide property where you can enjoy peaceful moments.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were so friendly!! It was only a mile from the beach and even closer are great restaurants. The only minus is the wi-fi was not too good but then are rooms was pretty far away from main office. But, I would still stay here again when I return next summer.

The young man at the desk was awesome, the rooms were clean and comfortable. And I loved the black washcloth with make up embroidered on it. I hate washing my face with white rags....nice touch!
