"The girl that works at the check in desk allowed us to check in early which helped us get some sleep after an early flight. Walls are thick. Very quiet. The beach is right down the road and if you have pets, Drake’s Island is one of my favorites. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. Beachfire has really good food. Horizons Family Restaurant is literally in walking distance from the Inn which serves breakfast. Mike’s All Day Breakfast in Kennebunk was really good. If you like Mexican you should check out Barrio in Portsmouth, NH. "

"This is a very sweet older hotel that has been renovated. It was very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the staff are very nice and helpful. It’s only a half a mile from Moody Beach. There is a really good Thai restaurant right up the street. There are other restaurants too, but I absolutely love Thai food and have to eat, and the chats. There was also excellent. So if you’re not looking for luxury with all kinds of amenities, or you’re traveling on a budget, this is a great little hotel. Like the hotel the swimming pool is kept very clean. It was just a little too chilly to make use. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We’ve stayed here 3? Times over maybe 3 weeks total. The first room 52, had a massive ant infestation and the HDMI port on the tv was broken so I couldn’t hook up my google tv. God I love plug and go. Truly, the only issue is I have a registered support animal who has been attacked by and off leash dog and my wife has twice been attacked by an off leash dog. There have been several off leash dogs here and thankfully my dog barked like crazy because they noticed before I did. Trained or not having an off leash dog is dangerous when you are hot at home. This was a hotel guest who was here at least a week as well so this was an every single day problem and every single day inconvenience. Over the entire stay there were 3 off leash dogs in total and all the owners got pissed at my wife for the way my dog acted to warn her of danger."

"The townhouse was extremely clean and well equipped - only suggestion is having to use an actual key is a little bit outdated and it was difficult opening the door at first - the representative that welcomed me to the resort was very friendly and down to earth as well as the individual who checked us out property was beautiful and very well kept"
