"Property was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great! Food was very good and dining area kept very clean! My only issue was at check in.. I walked in and there were two clerks dealing with other people. Understandable, but there were 3 people ahead of me with issues. Neither clerk acknowledged me or greeted me when I walked in. I stood there almost 30 minutes while the other clerk stood there looking at her computer with no customers. She didn’t bother to even look at me or acknowledge me. A simple smile or we will be right with you would have been nice. I would go back for the convenience of a clean and comfortable hotel and the fact that the wonderful breakfast and free airport shuttle service. The check in part really upset me, as being ignored was a big minus. "

"The only issue we had was there was no remote for the TV. I asked for a remote & asked for them to just put it in our room because we were leaving. When we returned from dinner there was no remote & I had to go ask again if took over an hour for her to find one & she had to take it from another room. I was upset at this due to we only had time to watch 1 movie before we had to go to sleep. Due to the remote issue we didn't get to watch a movie. "
