Really funky and quirky hotel in a fantastic location - just be aware that the studio units are very compact with no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan and a window you can open. Breakfast selection is good, albeit a bit of a unusual layout with the continental and breads in another room. but all in all, a nice stay

Perfect location. Spacious, tidy and well appointed lounge, bar, foyer and dining areas. Rooms are small but perfectly fine. A couple of housekeeping/maintenance things could be resolved in the rooms, but not worth mentioning, and they don't impact your use of the space.

Characteristically Wellington, quirky yet comfy. Excellent city locale. Fair warning however, it is Cuba St and this is not a hermetically sealed modern building. There will be noise. And it will be late noise.
