"Location is damn good with the environment around with a greenery tea plantations, but the hotel & the rooms were in pathetic condition. The room which we stayed doesn't had basic curtains for the windows, also the rooms are not clean & hygiene for which they charge very high price. "

Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam. "First thing after reaching the location I couldn't find the property,After interrogating with localities, they told there is no such hotel.So in that location there was another hotel where the owner told lot of fake bookings are happening with name of the hotel.So no one helped from expedia customer care when I called on toll free number."
